You have started or accessed any lesson, video, or downloadable material within the course - even partially.

Your purchase was made as part of a special sale, promo code, or discounted bundle, unless otherwise specified in the specific promotion’s terms.

Before purchasing, you can request a 5-minute course preview to ensure the content meets your expectations.

3. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical problem preventing access to your course:

Our team will attempt to resolve your issue within 7 days.

If the issue cannot be resolved in this time, and you have not started any part of the course, you are eligible for a full refund.
4. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests are accepted once per customer per course to prevent abuse.

If eligible, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us again.
5. Certificates

Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of the course and are non-refundable.
6. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for:
